Slice of Bread loves nothing more than hunting for treasure but his day on the beach does not turn out at all the way hed planned. In a series of unfortunate mishaps, his day goes from bad to worse until he finds a treasure of a very different kind.

From the author: ‘After the success of Food Fight, I thought it only natural to follow a sausage story with a bread story:) Actually, Slice of bread was a story I have wanted to tell for a number of years so Im glad I finally found the time to create the illustrations. I was particularly focused on building interactive elements that were part of the story.’

Nice storybook for kids. My son is 4 and enjoys the story.
I have brought so many kids books for my 3 and 6 years old and this is one of the few books they enjoy and wanted to read it again and again. The story itself is nice and easy to understand and the 3-D interaction is just so cute and fun. I wish there are more books like this one. Highly recommand!
Ive been looking forward to reading "Slice of Bread goes to the Beach" since seeing that it would be available after reading "Food Fight"!! I Love Glenn and his team!! As a mom and educator, I love to download books that my sons can interact with, and the jokes are priceless!! Im five stars short! Great work and I hope in the future more are to come:)!!
I LOVE this book! My 7 year old LOVES this book. Great unique story. Awesome illustration. Fun interactives on each page. We go back to it again and again.
I am typing this review for my 6 yo daughter. "It is totally awesome, awesome, awesome! It is five stars. You can move stuff on it and you can press stuff and read letters! I think its cool. You can do interesting stuff. My favorite parts are when you can put the butter on and the magnifying glass and the fan. Get it for your kids. I also like the toaster car where the ball pops up." My daughter and I thoroughly enjoy this book. Its a great complement to "Food Fight!", which we also enjoy. As I read the review to her, my daughter exclaimed, "We love that author!"
